I can't trade

I was buying items to sell at djinns for more money. I found a guy selling a crown helmet and dragon shield for 2k and 3k. His name was Zeus Anoxia. He told me that he couldn't trade because he had no cap, and he wanted me to trow 5k on his depot chest, so he could dtrow the items after. Sure! I told him to make cap, but he said: 'I can't'. Poor guy, he can't trade ;). Don't negotiate whit this noob.
